These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XPAND website (xpand.co.in), the XPAND mobile application, and related distribution infrastructure services (together, the "Services"), provided by XPAND, operated by Impact Group of Companies. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse our Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
When you submit an enquiry, partnership request, career application, or any other form through our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. XPAND reserves the right to verify submitted information and to decline or discontinue engagement at its discretion.
Any commercial relationship — including OEM distribution, FMCG sourcing, institutional supply, or Swabhiman programme participation — is subject to separate written agreements executed between the relevant parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of partnership or supply until such an agreement is signed.
All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and the XPAND brand mark, is the property of XPAND / Impact Group of Companies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Submitting a career application does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment. XPAND may retain application data to consider you for current or future roles, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as the Google Play Store or map providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPAND disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XPAND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
